MUSICALLY > JOHN HAS WORKED IN THE RADIO
INDUSTRY FOR 20 YEARS as an Air Personality, Music
Director and Program Director spanning large market Adult
Contemporary and Country music radio formats.
John received Billboard Magazine’s “Top Special Program”
award and two consecutive “Achievement In Radio” (A.I.R.)
awards for “Best Audience Promotion -Billy Joel River of
Dreams- and a PROMAX International award for "Most
Innovative Radio Promotion." Promax/BDA is the leading
global association for marketing, promotion and design
professionals working in the entertainment industry.
Prior to his radio career, Quinn worked as a club D.J.,
General Manager of a College Radio Station and played in
many garage rock bands in the New York City Area. He is a
member of Nashville Songwriters’ Association International
(NSAI), is affiliated with BMI as a songwriter/publisher and is
the founder of Southern Moon Music.
